I have not let one day go by without doing at least one set of nose nods(help for forward head posture). With my stretching I can now almost touch my toes, where at the beginning I could not get more than halfway down my shin. The cold weather makes it really inconvenient to go for a walk, but yesterday at about 3 I went and just walked to the end of the street and back. The sun was shining and it was really pleasant. I also each morning do the 5 min flexibility routine. I have been doing it so consistently that I am not even going to measure it. I do it every morning as soon as I wake up and I am confidant that I will be doing it for a very long time to come. Its happening in fits and starts, but my streak is building and momentum gathering!
